Abstract:	Hochfeste Zugglieder sind wesentliche Elemente moderner Tragkonstruktionen. Im Brückenbau finden sie vielfältigen Einsatz als interne Vorspannung mit und ohne Verbund, als extern geführte Spannglieder innerhalb und außerhalb der Konstruktionshöhen von Brückenquerschnitten bis hin zur Anwendung in der Schrägseiltechnik. Der Beitrag behandelt Lösungen für diese Aufgaben unter Verwendung hochfester kaltgezogener Drähte und Litzen. Wesentliche Anforderungen wie Leistungsfähigkeit, Dauerhaftigkeit und Robustheit werden diskutiert und aktuelle Anwendungen von externen Spanngliedern und Schrägseilen vorgestellt.
