Abstract:	Auf dem Gelände des Flughafens Düsseldorf wird derzeit der mit 85 m bislang höchste Flughafentower der DFS GmbH (Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH) fertiggestellt. Er entstand nach den Türmen in Hannover und Leipzig als dritter im Rahmen eines einheitlichen Entwurfskonzepts für Flugsicherungstürme der DFS in Deutschland. In diesem Beitrag werden das Entwurfskonzept und statisch-konstruktive Besonderheiten beschrieben.
