Abstract:	Die 245 m lange, überdachte Stahlbrücke überführt neben einem Geh- und Radweg auch zwei Gurtfahrsteige über den Mittellandkanal und die Bahnanlagen. Die Brücke wird durch eine V-Stütze und ein Hochdach zwischen dem Kanal und der Bahn geprägt. Der 70 m lange Bereich über der Bahn wurde mit einem 1000-t-Autokran in einer Nachtsperrpause montiert, das 69 m lange Teil über dem Mittellandkanal eingeschwommen und -gehoben. Dadurch konnte die Bauzeit auf 14 Monate beschränkt werden. Es wird über den Entwurf, die Ausschreibung, die Vergabe und den Bau der Brücke sowie über die vertraglichen Besonderheiten beim Bau einer Brücke durch einen privaten Bauherren berichtet.
