Title:	Die Fassaden- und Dachkonstruktion des Arts Centre in Singapore
Abstract:	Der Beitrag beschreibt die Planung und Ausführung der Hüllkonstruktionen (Fassaden und Dächer) für das Theater und die Konzerthalle des Arts Centre in Singapore, das den Namen "Esplanade" trägt. Ausgehend von der Geometrie der Freiformflächen werden der computergestützte Planungsprozeß und die Realisierung mit Hilfe eines Bausystems beschrieben. Durch Anwendung komplexer geometrischer Regeln konnte die Vielfalt der Konstruktionselemente (Stäbe und Knoten, Glasscheiben und Schattenelemente) reduziert und die Logistik von Planung, Fertigung, Versand und Montage beherrschbar gemacht werden.
