Abstract:	Für den Neubau einer Fachhochschule wurde ein umfassendes ökologisches und energetisches Konzept erarbeitet mit der Zielsetzung, ein ökologisch verträgliches und energiesparendes Gebäude zu errichten. Durch ein Monitoringprogramm wurde die Effizienz einzelner Maßnahmen sowie der Gesamtenergieverbrauch untersucht. Detaillierte Meßergebnisse des Erdwärmetauschers und des adiabaten Kühlsystems werden vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen das Energieeinsparpotential der Systeme und notwendige Veränderungen der Regelungstechnik
