Abstract:	Schimmelpilzbildungen in Wohnräumen führten in den letzten Jahren vermehrt zu gerichtlichen Auseinandersetzungen. Die Auswertung eigener Untersuchungen hat gezeigt, daß sich die Ursachen konstruktionsbedingter bzw. nutzungsbedingter Schimmelpilzbildungen in etwa die Waage halten. Der folgende Schadensfall beschreibt einen konstruktionsbedingten Schimmelpilzbefall an einem auf den ersten Blick ausreichend gedämmten Bauteil, bei dem sich mehrere ungünstige Einflußfaktoren überlagern.
