Abstract:	In Bautechnik 78 (2001), H. 5 wurde über ein visuelles Fehlerkriterium berichtet, welches dem Anwender qualitative Aussagen über die Verteilung des Fehlers bei der Schnittgrößenermittlung mit der Methode der finiten Elemente liefert. In diesem Aufsatz soll eine Erweiterung dieses Fehlerkriteriums für Platten vorgenommen werden. Die praktische Anwendbarkeit des vorgestellten Fehlerbildes wird anhand ausgewählter Beispiele gezeigt.
