Abstract:	Die Baukosten schwanken trotz Baukostenplanung im Regelfall noch um 20 %. Bei negativer Schwankung halbiert das die Eigenkapitalrentabilität und erhöht die Fremdkapitalkosten erheblich. Deshalb ist ein Kostenrisikomanagementsystem, wie in anderen Branchen praktiziert, auch in der Bauplanung sinnvoll. Es werden dazu Vorschläge gemacht, wie man die Risiken mit einer risk map erkennen und bewerten kann. Zur Risikogestaltung werden qualitative und quantitative Methoden diskutiert und für die Baukostenplanung vorgeschlagen.
