Abstract:	Im November 2001 wurde in Danzig die sog. "Johannes-Paul-II-Brücke des III. Jahrtausends" in Betrieb genommen, die Bestandteil der Henryk-Sucharski-Route ist. Sie ist eine der drei Schrägseilbrücken, die in den letzten zwei Jahren in Polen gebaut wurden. Das Objekt steht durch ein Meßsystem unter ständiger Kontrolle. Dabei wird das Verhalten der Brückenkonstruktion unter dem Einfluß von Betriebsbelastungen durch den Straßenverkehr sowie unter dem Einfluß von Wind und Umgebungstemperaturen registriert. Im Aufsatz werden sowohl das Meßsystem an sich als auch die repräsentativen Untersuchungsergebnisse dargestellt.
