Abstract:	Es werden drei stationäre Berechnungsmethoden zur Vorausbestimmung von Wärmeverlusten durch die Fundamente und Kellerräume hindurch beschrieben sowie die Berechnungsverfahren und die Möglichkeit von Energieeinsparungen durch unterirdische Bebauung analysiert. Es wird festgestellt, daß es im Fall einer guten Wärmedämmung der unterirdischen Wände zu ausgeprägten Wärmeverlusten durch den Fußboden kommen kann. Eine der Berechnungsmethoden wird bei der Suche nach optimalen Lösungen für die Fundament- und Kellerkonstruktion unter dem Aspekt minimaler Wärmeverluste angewendet, wobei 99 Varianten betrachtet werden.
