Abstract:	Neuere Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, daß bei der Konstruktion eines geneigten Daches es nicht notwendig ist, die Unterspannbahn ober- und unterseitig zu belüften. Die Ausbildung belüfteter Dächer ist also nicht erforderlich. Wichtig ist es vielmehr, darauf zu achten, daß die zum Innenraum zugewandte Schicht des Daches luftdicht ausgebildet wird.
