Abstract:	Für die Sanierung der Baukonstruktion sind die thermischen und hygrischen Spannungen, die durch klimatische oder technologische Einwirkungen verursacht werden, von großer Wichtigkeit. In der Praxis werden diese Konstruktionen, die durch sogenannte kraftfreie Beanspruchungen belastet sind, als nichttragende Bauelemente betrachtet. Die Zuverlässigkeit und Dauerhaftigkeit von Instandsetzungen hängen vom Typ der physikalischen Belastung, von der sich kontinuierlich verändernden Materialeigenschaften und von dem ausgewählten Modell des Konstruktionsverhaltens ab. Eine Rekonstruktion ohne eine komplexe Analyse zu entwerfen, ist riskant.
