Title:	Probleme der Installationstechnik aus der Sicht des Schall- und Brandschutzes bei der Instandsetzung und Modernisierung
Abstract:	Es werden die vielfältigen Aspekte der Installationstechnik bei der Instandsetzung und Modernisierung von Gebäuden behandelt nach Untersuchungen über Mängel und Bauschäden an Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung im Bereich der Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik, wobei natürlich nicht alle zu berücksichtigenden Faktoren am Gebäude erfaßt werden können. Als Arbeitshilfe werden Prioritäten und Rahmenbedingungen aus der Sicht des Einflusses der Bauphysik und Installationstechnik formuliert, die der Erhaltung der Bausubstanz dienen und aus der Umnutzung oder Komfortsteigerung herrühren.
