Abstract:	Am Qualitätskreis für Bauwerkserhaltung wird gezeigt, daß Qualitätssicherung bei der Bestandsaufnahme am instandzusetzenden Objekt zu beginnen hat und Instandsetzungskonzept, Auswahl der Baustoffe, Durchführung der Baumaßnahme und Kontrolle der verwendeten Materialien bis zur Nutzung des Gebäudes umfassen muß. Für die einzelnen Phasen werden die zu beachtenden Gesichtspunkte aufgelistet, insbesondere auch der rechtliche Rahmen dargestellt, der für die Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen zu beachten ist. Einwicklungen im Rahmen der europäischen Harmonisierung werden hierbei ebenfalls berücksichtigt.
