Abstract:	Im Einklang mit den ökologischen und ökonomischen Notwendigkeiten unserer Zeit basieren zukunftsweisende Gebäudekonzepte auf einer Optimierung von Gebäudehülle und Haustechnik. In diesem Artikel werden realisierte Gebäude vorgestellt, denen das Konzept "hochdämmende Fassade + sanfte Haustechnik" zugrunde liegt. Dadurch wird ein extrem niedriger Gesamtenergieverbrauch und ein sehr hoher Benutzerkomfort erreicht. Gemessene Gesamtenergieverbrauchszahlen für Bürogebäude liegen um 100, in einem Fall bei 81 kWh/(m² ·a). Ein von einer neutralen Stelle analysiertes Wohngebäude zählt dank seinem niedrigen Energieverbrauch von nur 49 kWh/(m² ·a) zu den Niedrigenergiehäusern.
