Abstract:	Es werden das Konzept und die meßtechnische Auswertung einer offenen Transparenten Wärmedämmung (TWD), die preislich vergleichbar mit opaker Dämmung und aus Papierwaben aufgebaut ist, vorstellt. Hiermit werden Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten von 0,13 W/(m²·K) erzielt, die durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen noch weiter zu senken sind. Mit dieser TWD werden bei Neubauten Amortisationszeiten von unter 20 Jahren, bei Altbausanierungen von ca. 10 Jahren erreicht. Die Wärmeleitfähigkeit der Papierwabe beträgt 0,04 W/(m²·K). Weitere Vorteile gegenüber anderen TWD-Systemen sind die Selbstaufbaufähigkeit und die Recycelbarkeit, da nur natürliche Baustoffe (Glas, Papier, Holz) verwendet werden.
