Abstract:	Die toxikologische und bauphysikalische Bewertung von Bauprodukten hilft, wenn sie auf objektivierten Gesetzen aufbaut, die entstandene Unsicherheit bei Bauleuten und Nutzern abzubauen. Fallbeispiele zur Bewertung von Formaldehyd, Terpen-, Benzol- und Pentachlorphenol-Emissionen werden dargelegt. Auch Allergene in Innenräumen werden angesprochen. Künftig sollten die Informationsflüsse zwischen Hersteller, Verarbeiter und Nutzer von Bauprodukten verbessert, alternative Rezepturen überprüft, Emissionsraten und Innenraumkonzentrationen gemessen (nicht bloß geschätzt) und innovative Prüf- bzw. Zertifikationsmethoden entwickelt werden.
