Abstract:	Am Beispiel des hier vorgestellten Konzeptes soll aufgezeigt werden, daß die natürliche Lüftung in Kombination mit einer hinterlüfteten doppelschaligen Fassade sowie mit einer im Raum angeordneten statischen Heizung und Kühlung eine zukunftsorientierte Alternative zu den herkömmlichen Klimaanlagen ist. Eine Alternative, die keinen Komfortverzicht hinsichtlich des Raumklimas, sondern lediglich eine geringfügige Komforteinschränkung nach sich zieht. Diese Einschränkung, gemessen an dem großen Energiesparpotential und der Verlängerung der Lebensdauer der Gebäudetechnik, hält der Verfasser als durchaus akzeptabel, um sich für die Realisierung dieses Raumklimakonzeptes einzusetzen.
