Abstract:	Wärmedämm-Verbundsysteme (WDVS) sorgen gleichzeitig für den Wärme- und Witterungsschutz von Außenbauteilen. Je nach ihrer Beschaffenheit stellen sie jedoch auch ein unterschiedlich großes Trocknungshindernis für die anfangs vorhandene Baufeuchte im Wandbildner dar. durch Freilandversuche und begleitende rechnerische Untersuchungen wird der Einfluß von WDVS mit Mineralwolle und Polystyrol-Hartschaum auf das Austrocknungsverhalten des darunterliegenden Mauerwerks ermittelt. Bei wenig dämmendem, innen verputztem Mauerwerk spielt die Art des WDVS für die Austrocknungszeit eine eher untergeordnete Rolle. Bei dämmendem Mauerwerk oder raumseitig dampfdichten Schichten sind Mineralwolle-WDVS günstig, da eine relativ rasche Trocknung nach außen gewährleistet bleibt.
