Abstract:	Als bewährte Baustoffe sind Wärmedämm-Verbundsystem (WDVS) normungsfähige Produkte. Bedingt durch eine Änderung der Landesbauordnungen ist das bauaufsichtliche Prüfzeichen entfallen. Daher sind bis zum Vorliegen von Normen allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassungen erforderlich. In Europa ist die Situation ähnlich: Obwohl auch hier Einvernehmen über die Vorrangigkeit europäischer Normen besteht, hat die europäische Zulassungsorganisation EOTA die Arbeit an einer Zulassungsrichtlinie begonnen, wobei der Auftrag der Europäischen Kommission (Mandat) eine Beschränkung auf innovative Systeme enthält.
