Abstract:	Um die Quantifizierbarkeit von anstehenden Instandsetzungsarbeiten zu ermöglichen, wurde im Rahmen eines EU-Projekts am IBP ein Computerprogramm EPIQR entwickelt, mit dessen Hilfe eine Grobdiagnose von bewohnten Altbauten durchgeführt werden kann. Bei einer halb- bis maximal ganztägigen Begehung eines Gebäudes werden 50 kostenintensive Elemente eines Gebäudes auf ihren Instandsetzungsbedarf untersucht. Weiterhin werden der Heizenergiebedarf berechnet und die Wohnraumqualität des Gebäudes ermittelt. Die Vernetzung mit einer Kostendatenbank ermöglicht eine monetäre Quantifizierung einzelner Maßnahmen. Die Methodik von EPIQR wird aufgezeigt und an einem Beispiel erläutert.
