Abstract:	In der Bauwirtschaft und im Baugewerbe hat die Arbeit einen erheblichen Preis, was aus der Energieanalyse ersichtlich ist, wenn die Arbeit nach den ergonomischen Charakteristiken gemessen wird. Eingeführt wird die statistische Betrachtung der Energiebewertung der Arbeit. Im ausgewählten Wohnobjekt sind alle spezifischen Charakteristiken der Preise und der integrierten Primärenergie (PEI) für Bau-, Handwerks- und Installationsarbeiten dargestellt. Auf dieser Grundlage wurde der PEI-Preis berechnet.
