Title:	Neue Einsichten zur Energie- und Leistungsoptimierung
Abstract:	Ausgehend von der Leistungsbilanzgleichung eines Raumes wird gezeigt, daß sich dessen thermisches Verhalten unter Klimaeinfluß durch nur zwei Parameter beschreiben läßt. Die damit berechenbare sogenannte "Leerlauftemperatur" erweist sich als die Führungsgröße eines Raumes, mit Hilfe welcher universell gültige Strategien für einen niedrigen Energie- und Leistungsbedarf formuliert werden können. Auf dieser Basis wird ein Vorschlag für eine sinnvolle Strukturierung der diesbezüglichen Normen gemacht.
