Abstract:	Steigende Personal- und Baukosten im Hochbau lassen sich mit vorgefertigten, großformatigen Bauteilen reduzieren. Wenn solche Module aus Beton mit einer angepaßten Montagetechnik der aufgelegten ebenfalls großformatigen Dämmelemente zusammengefügt werden, entstehen aufgrund der raumseitigen Speichermassen thermisch behagliche Räume. Mit Hilfe der im Bauwesen bei der Bauteilentwicklung neu eingeführten Methode QFD konnten die für die jeweiligen Materialien und Elemente passenden Lösungsvarianten bewertet und an den zuvor ermittelten Kundenwünschen gewichtet werden.
