Abstract:	Die Neufassung von DIN 1054 von Januar 2003 bezieht sich explizit auch auf die Standsicherheit und die Gebrauchstauglichkeit von Bauwerken und Bauteilen im Erd- und Grundbau, wobei keine volle Übereinstimmung zur neuen "Normengeneration" vorliegt. Es werden die Grundzüge und Differenzen vorgestellt und Anwendungsregeln gegeben.
