Abstract:	Wandelbare Dachtragwerke werden im modernen Stadionbau immer häufiger in Betracht gezogen. Dabei sind die Planer gefragt Antworten zu finden zu den Themen: Öffnungsmechanismus, Belastung, Risikomanagement, Tragwerkskonzeption und nicht zuletzt Gestaltung. Anhand von Beispielen wird versucht die gegenwärtigen Entwicklungstendenzen aufzuzeigen und den Einfluß des Eigengewichts auf die genannten Themen zu erläutern.
