Abstract:	Das über 110 Jahre alte Börsengebäude in Frankfurt am Main wurde in den letzten Jahren im großen Umfang umgebaut und modernisiert. Im Beitrag wird als Teil dieser Gesamtmaßnahme die Überbauung des Aktiensaales beschrieben. Die Besonderheit dieser Maßnahme bestand darin, daß in den Luftraum oberhalb der Börse mit drei neuen Geschossen erhebliche Baumassen ohne eine Unterbrechung des sensiblen Börsenbetriebes eingebaut wurden.
