Abstract:	Im Zentrum von Leipzig wurde mit der Hermann-Liebmann-Brücke eine fünffeldrige Straßenbrücke über Bahngleise als vorgespannte Doppelverbundbrücke errichtet. Die Konzeption des Er-satzneubaus wurde maßgeblich vom Abbruch der bestehenden Brücke im Zusammenhang mit den Verkehrswegen auf und unter der Brücke geprägt. Vorab erstellte Teilüberbauten seitlich des Bestandes dienten als Fahrbahn, um die alte Stahlbrücke in Segmenten auszufahren, die Baustelle kreuzungsfrei zu bedienen und den Fußgängerverkehr über die gesamte Bauzeit aufrecht zu erhalten. Damit konnte die anspruchsvolle Brücke mit nur sehr geringer Beeinträchtigung des Bahnverkehrs realisiert werden.
