Abstract:	Zusammen mit dem Neubau der Ostseeautobahn A 20 Lübeck - Stettin wird auch der ca. 55 km lange Rügenzubringer “B 96 n Stralsund/Rügen” zwischen der A 20 im Bereich Grimmen und der Stadt Bergen auf Rügen verwirklicht. Mit dem Neubau des Rügenzubringers “B 96 n Stralsund/Rügen” wird eine leistungsfähige Verkehrsanbindung der größten deutschen Insel Rügen an das deutsche und europäische Fernstraßennetz realisiert. Wesentlicher Bestandteil der Baumaßnahme ist die zweite Strelasundquerung zwischen der Stadt Stralsund und der Insel Rügen. Das Hauptbauwerk des 2,8 km langen Brückenzuges wird als Schrägkabelbrücke ausgeführt.
