Abstract:	Es wird über den Neubau der Neckarbrücke Mannheim im Zuge der Bundesautobahn A6 berichtet. Beim Bauwerksentwurf wurde besonderes Augenmerk auf die Gestaltung gerichtet. Zur Ausführung kam eine 6feldrige bereichsweise gevoutete Spannbetonbrücke mit zwei Überbauten, bestehend aus einem verhältnismäßig schmalen Hohlkasten und einer weit auskragenden, auf Streben ruhenden Fahrbahnplatte. Insbesondere werden konstruktive und statische Aspekte bei der Umsetzung des Entwurfs beleuchtet. (© 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
