Abstract:	Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt keine wissenschaftliche Erkenntnis, sondern eine Hypothese. Sie kann falsch sein oder es ist etwas Richtiges daran, was sich aber im Moment nicht nachweisen lässt. Das kann aber ein Bauingenieur allein nicht nachweisen, ebenso wenig ein Mediziner, ein Biologe, ein Messtechniker oder ein Elektroniker. Aber alle zusammen können daran wirken, in Richtung der hier gestellten Fragen Antworten zu finden. Deswegen ist dieser Beitrag nicht das Ergebnis einer Arbeit, sondern eine Anregung zur Diskussion.
