Abstract:	Aufgrund von Artikel 2 Abs. 2 des Abkommens über das Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik vom 22. April 1993 (Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt für Berlin S. 195) wird im Einvernehmen mit den obersten Bauaufsichtsbehörden der Länder die Bauregelliste A - Ausgabe 2004/1 - (DIBt Mitteilungen, Sonderheft 30 vom 24. September 2004), geändert durch Ausgabe 2004/2 (DIBt Mitteilungen Nr. 6/2004 vom 6. Dezember 2004), geändert und als Ausgabe 2005/1 neu bekannt gemacht. Die Bauregelliste A - Ausgabe 2005/1 - tritt am 12. Juli 2005 in Kraft. Mit ihrem In-Kraft-Treten tritt die Bauregelliste A - Ausgabe 2004/1 - und - Ausgabe 2004/2 - außer Kraft. Berlin, den 9.
