Title:	Ein Nachruf auf Eladio Dieste
Abstract:	Am 19. Juli 2000 starb Eladio Dieste in Montevideo. Einer der besten und schöpferischsten Ingenieure Südamerikas war im Alter von 82 Jahren von uns gegangen. Ich hatte das Glück, seinen Weg länger als ein Vierteljahrhundert begleiten zu können, erst als sein Schüler an der Universität, bald darauf als sein Mitarbeiter in seinem Ingenieurbüro. Er war mein Lehrer, mein Chef und mein Vorbild. Ihm ist mein Nachruf gewidmet.
