Title:	Neubau eines Fachmarktzentrums in Bremen.
Abstract:	Über den Neubau für das im Jahr 1991 grösste Fachmarktzentrum in Deutschland wird berichtet. Das gesamte Bauvorhaben mit einem umbauten Raum von ca. 340 000 m3 musste in nur 15 Monaten fertiggestellt werden. Es wird gezeigt wie mit modernen Bauverfahren und intensiver Anwendung individueller Vorfertigung ein Gebäude erstellt wird, das höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht wird.
