Abstract:	In Frankfurt wird zur Zeit in zentraler Innenstadtlage das PalaisQuartier errichtet, ein Gebäudekomplex mit vielfältiger Nutzung. Wesentlicher Bestandteil ist das Zeilforum mit rund 78000 m2 BGF, das durch seine avantgardistische Architektur Akzente setzt. Im Kontext des städtebaulichen Wettbewerbs und der Einbindung in das Gesamtprojekt wird im folgenden Beitrag die Planung und Ausführung des rund 13500 m2 großen Freiformdachs und der Sonderfassaden beschrieben. Dabei wird auf Besonderheiten des Tragwerksentwurfs und der statischen Berechnung, die bauliche Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung eingegangen.
