Title:	Bau des Main-Donau-Kanals durch die Stadt Riedenburg.
Abstract:	Das noch fehlende 1.7 km lange Teilstück des Main-Donau-Kanals im Stadtbereich von Riedenburg wird im Jahr 1989 gerade ausgebaut. Anhand des Kanalbaus durch die Stadt Riedenburg wird gezeigt, wie die ohne Zweifel tiefgreifenden Einschnitte in die städtebauliche Gesamtsituation, das Verkehrsnetz und das Landschaftsbild im Zuge des Wasserstraßenbaus zur Sanierung und Neuordnung des gesamten Stadtraumes genutzt werden kann.
