Abstract:	In der kurzen Zeitspanne zwischen Mai 2006 und April 2007 wurde der Rohbau des Neubaus Süddeutscher Verlag in München errichtet. Das Bauwerk besteht aus drei Untergeschossen, einem Hochhaus mit 28 Geschossen und einem fünfgeschossigen Flachbau mit überdachtem Atrium. Die technische Bearbeitung der Ausführungsplanung erfolgte auf Grundlage der vom Bauherrn beigestellten Genehmigungsstatik. Trotz des sehr kurzen zeitlichen Vorlaufs der Planung wurden diverse Optimierungen der Rohbauplanung durchgeführt, die im folgenden Beitrag näher erläutert werden.
