Abstract:	In der Stuttgarter City wurde ein Büro- und Geschäftshaus erstellt, an das in planerischer und konstruktiver Hinsicht sehr grosse Anforderungen gestellt wurden. Das zweite Untergeschoss wurde in der aus dem Tunnelbau bekannten "Deckelbauweise" gebaut.
