| Abstract: | Auch die vierte Ausgabe des Specials "Innovative Fassadentechnik" ist wieder Innovationen und neuesten Trends auf dem weiten Feld der Fassadentechnik auf der Spur. Der erste Beitrag stellt eine mögliche Systematisierung der Hüllkonstruktionen vor. Neben den komplexen Anforderungen bei deren Planung geht es auch um die Kosten: Stahltragwerke und Hüllkonstruktionen werden in Hinblick auf ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit verglichen. Konstruktion, Gestaltung und Kosten stehen auch im Mittelpunkt eines Beitrages zur baubegleitenden Qualitätssicherung. Fassadenberater können helfen, Schäden in Milliardenhöhe zu vermeiden. Wenn Gebäude energetisch ertüchtigt werden, ist es besonders wirtschaftlich, wenn die Bestandsfassaden in der Lage sind, die Zusatzlasten sicher abzutragen. Mit Belastungsversuchen werden die Tragfähigkeit und die Gebrauchstauglichkeit untersucht. Das Institut für Experimentelle Statik der Hochschule Bremen stellt getestete Fassadensysteme vor und berichtet von seinen Erfahrungen. In einem umfangreichen Komplex "Fassade und Energie" wird u. a. der im Rahmen des internationalen Wettbewerbs "Solar Decathlon Europe 2010" prämierte Beitrag home+ der Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart vorgestellt, der beispielhaft die Wechselwirkung einer energieproduzierenden Gebäudehülle mit der Gebäudetechnik vorstellt. Zum energiesparenden Bauen gehört heute die energiesparende und demnächst auch die energieerzeugende Fassade. Fassadenwerkstoffe wie Glas, Holz, Beton, Keramik/Kalksandstein, Metallgewebe/Lochblech und Kunststoff bilden einen weiteren Schwerpunkt dieser Ausgabe, ergänzt durch Objektberichte zu unterschiedlichsten Fassaden diverser Gebäudetypen. Innovative facade technology 2010 The fourth edition of the special on "Innovative Facade Technology" is once again devoted to innovation and the latest trends in the field. The first article presents one possible systemization for envelope designs. Alongside the complex demands during the planning stage, the article also looks at the costs: Steel structures and envelope designs are compared in terms of their cost effectiveness. Planning, design and costs are also the focus of an article on quality assurance during the construction phase. Facade consultants can help prevent damage costing billions. If buildings are to be strengthened in terms of energy efficiency, it is particularly economical if the existing facades are capable of bearing the additional loads. Load experiments investigate the load bearing capacity and fitness for the intended use. The Institute for Experimental Structural Analysis at Bremen College presents facade systems it has tested and report on the results. A comprehensive contribution on "Facades and Energy", which was honored as part of the international competition "Solar Decathlon Europe 2010" home+ by Stuttgart Technical College, shows in exemplary fashion the interplay between a building envelope that produces energy and the building's technology. Energy-saving construction nowadays includes an energy-saving and soon also an energy-generating facade. Further topics in this edition include facade materials such as glass, wood, concrete, ceramics/sand-lime bricks, metallic tissue/perforated metal sheets and synthetics, supplemented by reports on the most varied types of facades in different sorts of buildings. |
