Abstract:	Für die Erstellung einer Abfahrtsrampe für das Parkdeck eines Geschäftshauses war aufgrund von terminlichen Zwängen der Bauausführung, sowie des Wunsches nach einer Sichtbetonqualität aller Konstruktionselemente und der Notwendigkeit einer möglichst unterstützungsfreien Bauweise die geplante monolithische Ortbetonkonstruktion zu einer Fertigteilkonstruktion umzuplanen. Anhand dieses Beispiels aus der Praxis werden die Vorteile einer Fertigteilkonstruktion sowie die zu beachtenden statischen und konstruktiven Randbedingungen bei dem Wechsel von einer monolithischen Konstruktion auf eine Bauweise mit vorgefertigten Elementen erläutert. Der Fokus wird insbesondere auf die erforderliche Ausbildung der Anschlussdetails für die Fertigteillösung gerichtet.
