Abstract:     
 
Das verallgemeinerte Hookesche Gesetz stellt einen Antagonismus dar. Dieser lässt sich nur eliminieren, wenn man annimmt, daß jede Spannung Querspannungen in allen zur Spannungsrichtung senkrechten Richtung erweckt und daß die Verformung - dem ursrünglichen Hookeschen Gesetz entsprechend - in jedem Fall nur von der Spannung in der Verformungsrichtung abhängt.
