Abstract:	Am 01. 11. 2012 wurde das letzte Stahlsegment des Stromfeldes der neuen Elbebrücke Schönebeck erfolgreich eingehoben. Mit einer Länge von 1128,5 m stellt das Bauwerk im Zuge der Ortsumgehung Schönebeck, B246a, eine der längsten und anspruchsvollsten Brückenbauwerke Sachsen-Anhalts dar. Kernstück der neuen Elbquerung ist eine einhüftige Schrägseilbrücke mit der Hauptspannweite von 185 m. Der vorliegende Aufsatz behandelt die Konstruktion und Ausführung der Schrägseilbrücke. A cable-stayed bridge with parallel strand cables: Elbe Bridge Schönebeck (Germany) - construction and execution (part 1). On the first of November was the last steel segment of the main span of the new bridge over the Elbe near Schönebeck successfully lifted. The new bridge has a total length of 1128.50 m and a mainspan of 185 m built as a single tower cable-stayed Bridge.
