Abstract:	Sie werden als mögliche Gebäude der Zukunft in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gesehen: Häuser, welche bei nachhaltiger Planung und Umsetzung sowie ressourcenschonender Nutzung mehr regenerative Energie erzeugen als sie verbrauchen. Bisher eilte der Energie+-Standard jedoch der aktuellen Gesetzgebung voraus. Der “ENERGIEAUSWEIS+ für Plusenergie-Wohngebäude“ ist als Ergänzung zum Energieausweis für Wohngebäude gedacht, welchem nach § 17 Absatz 4 Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV) zusätzliche Informationen beigefügt werden dürfen [18]. Mit dem “ENERGIEAUSWEIS+ für Plusenergie-Wohngebäude“ steht ein Werkzeug zur Verfügung, mit dem Energie+-Konzepte unter Berücksichtigung aller nutzer- und planungsabhängigen Energieströme beurteilt werden können. Energy performance certificate for PlusEnergy residential buildings, containing additional information in accordance with § 17 (4) of the German Building Energy Conservation Ordinance (EnEV). These could represent the future of buildings in Germany: homes that generate more renewable energy than they consume, thanks to sustainable planning and construction coupled with efficient, responsible use. But legislation has been lagging behind the PlusEnergy standard. The new Energieausweis+ certificate for PlusEnergy residential buildings was designed as an add-on to the energy performance certificate for residential buildings, given the option provided in § 17 (4) of the German Building Energy Conservation Ordinance to include additional information [18]. The Energieausweis+ certificate for PlusEnergy residential buildings is a tool which can be deployed to assess PlusEnergy designs in terms of all user- and planning-dependent energy flows.
