Abstract:	Gegenüber der Ortbetonbauweise hat die Segmentbauweise mit Betonfertigteilen viele Vorzüge. Diese liegen zum einen in der qualitätsgesicherten und witterungsunabhängigen Vorfertigung im Fertigteilwerk, einer verkürzten Bauzeit sowie besseren Rückbaumöglichkeiten. Des Weiteren ist der Aufwand für Bauhilfsmaßnahmen und Rüstungen wesentlich geringer und lohnintensive Arbeiten auf der Baustelle können verringert werden. Kombiniert man die Vorteile dieser Bauweise mit den exzellenten Eigenschaften von ultrahochfestem Faserbeton (UHPFRC), lassen sich filigrane und modulare Segmentkonstruktionen herstellen. Bei solchen Konstruktionen ist die Ausbildung der Segmentfugen von maßgebender Bedeutung. Am iBMB, Fachgebiet Massivbau der TU Braunschweig, wurden experimentelle und theoretische Untersuchungen zum Tragverhalten feinprofilierter UHPFRC-Trockenfugen durchgeführt sowie ein Bemessungsansatz aufgestellt, worüber im Beitrag berichtet wird. Finely profiled UHPFRC dry joints for segmental components The prefabricated segmental construction method has several advantages over the in-situ concrete construction. The segments can be precasted under controlled conditions at the precasting yard and are not subject to weather conditions. Furthermore the construction period as well as the costs of falsework and on site can be reduced. Combining this advantageous construction method with the excellent properties of ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC), filigree and modular segmental constructions can be produced. The formation of the joints is fundamental for such constructions. Experimental and theoretical research works on finely profiled UHPFRC dry joints have been conducted at the iBMB, Department of Concrete Structures of the TU Braunschweig, and a design model has been formulated, which will be reported in the article.
