Title:	Brennpunkt Wohnungspolitik - Positionen zur Wahl
Abstract:	Seit Monaten wird in Deutschland wieder über Wohnungsnot und teilweise deutliche Mietpreissteigerungen in Ballungsgebieten debattiert. Gleichzeitig sind die Preise für Wohnimmobilien - vor allem Mietwohnungen - nach einer langen Durststrecke wieder im Aufwind. Der Wohnungsneubau ist nach langen Jahren der Krise wieder in Gang gekommen. Diese auf den ersten Blick positive Entwicklung darf allerdings nicht darüber hinweg täuschen, dass wir von einem bedarfsdeckenden Fertigstellungsniveau von jährlich mindestens 250.000 neuen Wohnungen (Wohnungen in Einfamilien-, Zweifamilien-, Mehrfamilienhäusern) nach wie vor weit entfernt sind.
