Title:	Entwicklung der Spannbetonvorschriften in der DDR - 50 Jahre TGL 0-4227
Abstract:	Die Spannbetonbemessung in der DDR wurde zunächst durch die DIN 4227 bestimmt. Im Jahr 1964 erfolgte die Einführung der TGL 0-4227. Diese Norm erlaubte auch die Spannbetonbemessung im Zustand II. In den 1970er-Jahren wurde mit dem “Einheitliches technisches Vorschriftenwerk Beton” (ETV Beton) ein Bemessungsverfahren auf der Grundlage des semiprobabilistischen Sicherheitskonzepts entwickelt und 1981 verbindlich eingeführt. Die seinerzeitigen Berechnungsansätze entsprechen weitgehend den Annahmen des heutigen Eurocodes.
