Abstract:	Insbesondere bei Gewerbebauten umfassen die Deckensysteme ca. 15 % bis 20 % der Rohbaukosten und sind somit in einem entscheidenden Umfang baupreisbestimmend. Halbfertigteile und der Fertigteilbau mit kleinteiligen Elementen, deren Montage auch mit üblichen Hochbaukränen gelingt, bieten hierzu immer noch erhebliche Optimierungspotenziale in Beton, Bewehrung und Rüstung. Insbesondere innovative Anschlussdetails erlauben einfache Montagekonzepte. Anhand von Berechnungen und ausgeführten Beispielen können die Konzepte erläutert werden.
