Abstract:	Die Eröffnung des neuen Flughafens am 17. Mai 1992 bedeutet Abschluß und Übergabe für ca. 120 verschiedene Einzelprojekte. Da hierfür jeweils projektspezifische Planungen und Bauverfahren notwendig waren, war auch ein zentrales Instrumentarium erforderlich, um die Arbeiten aller Beteiligten, aller Ingenieure und Baufirmen zu koordinieren und zu überwachen. Deshalb wurde ein externes Projektmanagment eingesetzt, das zeit- und geldsparende Lösungen für planerische Probleme suchte, sich um die pünktliche Einführung von Zeitmanagment-Maßnahmen kümmerte und überdies die Gesamtaufsicht über Bestell- und Rechnungswesen innehatte. Dieser Bericht beschreibt die Organisation dieses Instrumentariums, die Zusammenarbeit der Beteiligten sowie einige prägnante Projekterfahrungen im einzelnen.
