Abstract:	Die Arbeit befaßt sich mit der dynamisch zweckmäßigen Auslegung der Unterbauten von Reinraumgeräten und Reinraumproduktionsstätten. Die hohe Präzision der Reinraumproduktion erfordert eine dynamisch unempfindliche, schwer erregbare Gründungskonstruktion. Es wird an einigen praktischen Beispielen gezeigt, wie ein solches Gründungssystem gestaltet werden kann und worauf es bei der Dimensionierung ankommt.
