Abstract:	Als Fortsetzung von Teil 1 [1], der über den Entwurf und den Bau der neuen, die Weichsel querenden Straßenbrücke in Toru (deutsch: Thorn) berichtet, geht es im Folgenden um die theoretischen und experimentellen Nachweise zum Montageprozess und zu Probebelastungen. Somit ist eine umfassende Beurteilung der beschriebenen, herausragenden Ingenieursleistung gegeben. The new road bridge in Toru, Poland - Part 2: structural design calculation. As a continuation of part 1 [1], which represents the design and the construction of the road bridge crossing the river Vistula in Toru (Thorunium), now it will be turned over to the theoretical and experimental procedures that have been applied in the mentioned bridge mounting and load tests. Consequently, a full judgement of the mentioned outstanding engineer achievement is available.
